1.1 Eligibility
PrimeWin Ltd (“PrimeWin”, “Promoter”, “our/s”) operates skilled prize competitions resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions at selected events and on the apps and website www.primewin.co.uk (the “Website”) – (the “Competition(s)”).

1.2 Age Requirement
The Competitions are open to all persons aged 18 and over and who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence. By creating an account or participating in any Competition, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. This eligibility requirement excludes the Promoter’s employees or members of their immediate family, agents, or any other person connected with the creation or administration of our Competitions.

2. Legal Undertaking

2.1 By entering a Competition, the entrant (“Entrant”, “you”, “your/s”) is deemed to have the legal capacity to do so, has read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agrees to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.

2.2 These Competitions are governed by English law, and any matters relating to the Competition will be resolved under English law with the Courts of England having exclusive jurisdiction.

2.3 In the event that you participate in a Competition online via the apps and Website or by any other available modalities, by accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our Competitions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any Entrant who enters any of our Competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt, you should immediately leave the Website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.

3. Competition Entry

3.1 Entry Methods
Competitions may be entered online via the apps and the Website www.primewin.co.uk, by postal entry for certain Competitions designated by the Promoter, and occasionally at temporary physical locations (e.g. events such as the Goodwood Festival of Speed, CarFest). There are three categories of Competitions: Spot the Ball Competitions, Skill-based Competitions, and Postal Entry Competitions. One or more Competitions may be operated simultaneously, and each Competition will have specific prize options.

Non-Spot the Ball Competitions may be limited to a maximum number of Entries. These will close either when the last ticket is sold or when the Competition reaches its end date. No further Entries will be accepted after this point. In the event that a Competition is limited to a maximum number of tickets, this will be displayed on the Competition page.

The Promoter reserves the right to adjust the Competitions and to organize them under various names, at its sole discretion, with the observance of the mechanisms related to the game category in which each game falls, as described in these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Availability and Pricing
Availability and pricing of Competitions and tickets are at the discretion of the Promoter and will be specified at the point of sale or displayed on the Website.

3.5 Online Tickets
When purchasing your Ticket(s), provide your contact and payment details. By entering any Competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Once your payment has cleared, we will confirm your entry through your registered PrimeWin Account. Please note that online entries are not valid until your Ticket order is confirmed in your account.

3.6 Postal Entries
Each Postal Entry has the same chance per entry of winning as an online Ticket. Aside from postage costs, no fee is required.
Entries must be sent with all required information, and valid Postal Entries will be included in the draw alongside online Tickets.
Non-compliant Postal Entries will be void.

3.7 Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any incomplete or non-compliant Entries if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an Entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.

3.8 Ownership of Entries
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all Entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.

3.9 Spot the Ball Competition Limits
Spot the Ball Competition entries (Tickets) are limited to seventy-five (75) per person, per Competition (excluding Loyalty Club Free Tickets). Abuse of this limit (including using multiple accounts) may result in voiding orders, forfeiting Game Credit, or awarding prizes to the next closest entrant. If an individual exceeds the entry limit, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void excess entries on a chronological and then sequential basis.

3.10 Skill-based Competition Limits
Skill-based Competition entries (Tickets) are limited to six hundred (600) per person, per Competition. Similar rules as above apply regarding abuse and voiding of excess entries. Game Credit may be won and used for re-entry.

3.11 Postal Entry Competition Limits
Postal Entry Competition entries (online Tickets and/or postal entries) are limited to six hundred (600) per person, per Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to void excess entries on a chronological and sequential basis. Game Credit may be won and used to enter Postal Entry Competitions online.

4. Promotion Periods

4.1 Each Competition will run for a specified period. Please refer to the Competition page on the Website or App for details of the start and end times/dates (“Promotion Period(s)”).

4.2 For Postal Entry Competitions, the Promotion Period is identical for both online Tickets and Postal Entries. To allow time for delivery, the actual draw date will be no earlier than 48 hours after the end of the Promotion Period (calculated exclusively in business days).

5. Competition Judgement

5.1 Spot the Ball Competitions:
After the Competition closes, an independent Panel of Judges (sporting experts appointed by the Promoter—the “Judge”) in the presence of a qualified lawyer and a Promoter representative will determine the position of the ball’s centre (“Judge’s Position”).

5.2 Within 48 hours of the Competition’s end, the Judge’s Position will be compared against all valid and eligible Entries. The Entrant whose entry is closest to the Judge’s Position (“Distance”) will be declared the First Prize Winner. If no entry is exactly correct, the closest entry wins.

5.3 Tie Break – Spot the Ball Competitions:
If two or more Entrants are equally close (a “Tie Break Entry”), a tie-break mechanism will be employed as follows:
 (a) Tie Break Scenario 1:
If each Tie Break Entrant has multiple entries, the remaining entries (excluding the Tie Break Entry) will be compared to determine the next closest entry (“TB1 Entries”). This process will continue round-by-round until a winner is determined.
 (b) Tie Break Scenario 2:
If any Tie Break Entrant has only one entry or if Tie Break Scenario 1 does not resolve the tie, the tied Entrants will participate in a new Spot the Ball Challenge using a different sporting photograph. No additional payment is required. If this still results in a tie, the process will repeat until a single First Prize Winner is determined.
All Tie Break Entrants (including those not contactable) will, if necessary, be allocated a tie-break prize as specified in rule 7.1(h).

5.4 Skill-based Competitions:
For Skill-based Competitions, the correct answer is determined before the Competition’s close by PromoVeritas, an independent promotional verification service. Within 48 hours of the Competition’s end, all eligible entries will be reviewed, and those with the correct answer will be entered into a random draw to select the First Prize Winner(s) and any additional prize winners.

5.5 Postal Entry Competitions:
The winner will be drawn using a verifiably random process from all valid entries (both online Tickets and Postal Entries). Within 48 hours of the Promotion Period’s end, all valid postal entries will be combined with online entries for a random draw to determine the First Prize Winner(s) and any additional winners. The draw will be conducted independently by PromoVeritas.

5.6 The Promoter will attempt to contact Winners using the telephone numbers and email addresses provided at entry (or as later updated). It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure these details are correct.

5.7 If the Promoter is unable to contact a Winner within 5 days (or an extended period at the Promoter’s discretion), or if the Winner fails to confirm prize acceptance or is disqualified for contravening these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible Entrant as determined by the relevant Competition rules.

5.8 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the closing date of any Competition if any aspect of the Competition cannot run as planned (due to technical issues, fraud, or other reasons beyond the Promoter’s control). In such cases, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend a Competition, or invalidate affected entries. If a Competition is closed early without selecting a Winner, all entrants will receive Game Credit to replay equivalent Tickets in a subsequent Competition.

5.9 All Entrants are automatically added to the Promoter’s database for communication regarding the status of their Competition and future Promotions.

6. Winner’s Details

6.1 Winners will be required to send a copy of their passport to confirm their identity, age, and, if applicable, credit card ownership or authorization before any prize is delivered. Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification.

6.2 All Winners must provide photographs and/or participate in photo/video sessions for future marketing and public relations by the Promoter, in accordance with section 12.2 below.

6.3 Upon verification of the required details, Winners will be contacted to arrange prize delivery. In Competitions where a prize is not pre-selected, the Winner must choose from the available prizes as detailed on the Website and notify the Promoter in writing.

6.4 Surprise Contact Details:
On your account page, you may add the contact details of an individual whom we can contact to assist with prize arrangements. These details will not be shared with any third party, and by providing them, you confirm you have the person’s consent to do so.

7. Competition Prizes

7.1 If you purchase Tickets in any currency other than GBP, the ticket price and prize values are subject to a 4% conversion fee in addition to the exchange rate published on Oanda.com on the purchase date.

7.2 Spot the Ball Competitions (excluding Loyalty Club Free Competitions):
There is one principal prize awarded for each Spot the Ball Competition (“First Prize”), with additional prizes awarded as Spot the Ball Competition Game Credit.
 (a) If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the stated First Prize cannot be provided, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize (a car of equal or greater value).
 (b) If the First Prize Winner opts to take delivery of a car, an order will be placed by the Promoter. Note that delivery may take up to (or exceed) 12 months, and cars will be ordered in basic specification from UK dealers. Bespoke options or upgrades can be added at the Winner’s expense. Cars will be ordered as either Left or Right Hand Drive (subject to availability and these Terms). No Game Credit will be awarded on competition entries in this case.
 (c) In the UK, the First Prize will be delivered with UK VAT paid. In the EU, UK VAT will be paid but any additional taxes or duties in the destination country are the responsibility of the Winner. In all other countries, the First Prize will be shipped net of taxes to the nearest port, with any further costs the responsibility of the Winner. The Promoter reserves the right not to deliver to certain countries. It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure that the car meets local requirements or to opt for the cash alternative if necessary.
 (d) The Promoter will contribute towards servicing and insurance for the first year of car ownership. Reimbursement will be subject to the submission of valid invoices, and the car must be owned for a full 12 months from delivery. Specific amounts for insurance support are based on the car’s UK RRP. Servicing costs are capped at £400.
 (e) Game Credit Prizes: Additional prizes in the form of Game Credit will be awarded for entries close to the Judge’s Position, calculated as a percentage of the ticket price, varying by zone. Loyalty Club Free Competition entries have separate limits and conditions. Game Credit may be used to purchase additional Tickets and is subject to an expiry date determined by the Promoter.
 (f) Spot the Ball Competition Cash Alternative: If a Winner opts not to take delivery of a car, the Cash Alternative is 70% of the car’s UK RRP (rounded to the nearest £1,000) plus any additional prize extension cash. Insurance and servicing contributions are not applicable with the cash alternative.
 (g) Prize Extensions – Cash and Fuel Prizes: You may add up to £50,000 cash and fuel support for one year to your Tickets. If you win, you will receive the selected cash amount (or use it towards extras for your car) and the Promoter will cover fuel (or electricity) for up to 20,000 miles at 20p per mile. Documentation is required for reimbursement. The cash alternative for this extension excludes any fuel claims.
 (h) Tie Break Entrants: In the event of a tie break, the First Prize will be awarded based on the ticket equidistant from the Judge’s Position, or, if a tie-break procedure is required, by the average value of the entries involved, or by awarding a predetermined cash sum for entrants not winning the main prize.

7.3 Skill-based Competitions:
For Skill-based Competitions, only one prize (“First Prize”) is awarded per Competition. Additional details regarding Game Credit, cash alternatives, and substitute prizes apply, along with conditions similar to those in 7.2 for car prizes.

7.4 Postal Entry Competitions:
Postal Entry Competitions will award one First Prize per Competition, with conditions similar to those outlined in 7.2 and 7.3, including provisions for cash alternatives and substitute prizes.

7.5 All other expenses not expressly specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

7.6 All Prizes are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the prize provider, manufacturer, or supplier.

7.7 Each First Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and non-convertible, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, offers, or discounts.

8. Loyalty Club

8.1 The Promoter operates a Loyalty Club to reward entrants for their loyalty and skill. Tiers are updated weekly (every Sunday at midnight GMT). Qualifying Spend is the actual money spent (excluding any Game Credit or discounts). Qualification for tiers is based on a rolling 4-week Spot the Ball Competition cycle, with benefits applying from the next competition.
 (a) Loyalty Club Spot the Ball Competition Tickets are automatically added to your basket at the start of a qualifying Competition. Simply log in, select your Ticket, and choose the car you wish to play for. Loyalty Club Tickets are a separate category and are not eligible for Game Credit or the complimentary insurance and servicing detailed in 7.2(d).
 (b) Loyalty Club Members also receive tickets for the exclusive monthly Loyalty Club Free Competition (with ticket allocation based on tier).
 (c) Loyalty Club Members can refer friends to PrimeWin and earn Spot the Ball Competition Credit (amounts depend on the member’s tier). The referral credit is awarded only if you are a Loyalty Club member at the time your friend makes a qualifying purchase.

9. Instant Wins

9.1 In addition to the main prizes in Spot the Ball, Skill-based, and Postal Entry Competitions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, award Instant Win prizes. The availability, timing, quantity, and value of Instant Win prizes are subject to change throughout a Competition Period.

9.2 Eligibility and Participation:
Instant Win prizes are automatically available to participants in Qualifying Competitions (as determined by the Promoter) without any additional fee. Each paid online or postal entry is eligible for Instant Win prize draws.

9.3 Draw of Instant Win Prizes:
For Competitions featuring Instant Win prizes, winners will be selected by one of the following methods after ticket or entry confirmation:
 (a) Winning ticket numbers may be pre-assigned before the Competition goes live (“Pre-assigned Winning Tickets”).
 (b) Once an Instant Win ticket is purchased, a random number will be generated for each entry and compared against the Pre-assigned Winning Ticket numbers to determine Instant Win eligibility.

9.4 Fulfilment of Instant Win Prizes:
 (a) Car Prizes: Instant Win Car Prizes will be HPI checked and come with a valid MOT. No road tax or insurance is included; these remain the Winner’s responsibility. A cash alternative is available as specified on the Competition page. In the event a car prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter will secure a suitable alternative. If unable to do so within 30 days, the Winner may opt for a cash alternative equal to 130% of the specified Cash Alternative. Cars will not be shipped outside the UK; non-UK residents will receive the cash alternative.
 (b) Cash Prizes: Cash Prizes will be transferred to UK bank accounts within 21 days. For non-UK residents or those without a UK bank account, cash prizes under £101 may be awarded as twice the equivalent amount in Game Credit.
 (c) Physical Prizes: Physical Prizes (such as iPhones or holidays, excluding cars) will be sourced and delivered within 21 days, subject to availability. A cash alternative is available for each prize. Physical Prizes will only be shipped to UK addresses; non-UK winners will receive cash or Game Credit as specified.
 (d) Game Credit Prizes: Instant Win Game Credit will be added to the Winner’s PrimeWin Account within 24 hours and will expire 72 hours after being added.
 (e) Free Competition Tickets: Instant Win Free Competition Tickets will be added instantly to the Winner’s PrimeWin Account and are valid for 24 hours. Note that winning a Free Competition Ticket does not automatically enter the Winner into a Free Competition.

10. Refer a Friend

10.1 The Refer a Friend scheme rewards customers for referring genuine friends and acquaintances as new customers to the Promoter. Referrals are limited to 10 per customer. Abuse of this system (including referral of non-genuine users) may result in voiding orders or Game Credit and disqualification from prizes.

10.2 Referral credit is subject to the Terms of the Refer a Friend scheme. The credit amount depends on your Loyalty Club tier at the time your referred friend registers and spends the minimum qualifying amount. The referred friend must place a qualifying order within 90 days of the referral for the credit to be awarded.

11. Storage

11.1 The Promoter will store the chosen prize free of charge for 30 days after notifying the First Prize Winner, after which time the prize will be delivered to the Winner.

12. Winners’ Personal Data

12.1 Acceptance of a prize requires the Winner to provide a copy of their passport for identity, age verification, and (if applicable) proof of credit card ownership or authorization. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner.

12.2 By entering a Competition, you consent to the use of your name, address, and/or likeness (photograph or video) and agree to appear at promotional events without additional compensation (except for reasonable travel expenses) as required by the Promoter.

13. Limits of Liability

13.1 Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality or suitability of any prize. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss (including consequential or economic loss) suffered by any person in connection with the supply or administration of prizes or the operation of Competitions, including for any loss incurred by the Winner or accompanying persons.

14. Electronic Communications

14.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed, partial, or garbled computer transmissions, or for any hardware, software, network, or other malfunctions. The Promoter will use its best endeavours to award the correct prize, but in the event of technical errors or human error, reserves the right to reclaim and re-award prizes without admission of liability.

14.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date of any Competition if any aspect is unable to run as planned (due to technical failures, fraud, or other reasons beyond its control). If a Competition is closed early, the Promoter may select a Winner from valid entries prior to closure or cancel the Competition entirely, awarding Game Credit to all entrants for future play.

14.3 The Promoter shall not be liable for any economic or consequential loss resulting from incorrect prize awards or software malfunctions. Only the ticket coordinates recorded in our systems shall be used for determining entries.

15. Data Protection Notice

15.1 Any personal data that you supply to the Promoter or authorize the Promoter to obtain from third parties (for example, a credit card company) will be used solely to administer the Competition and fulfill prizes where applicable. The Promoter may disclose your data to:
